Why should I become a mentor?

Inspire the next generation of ultrapure water engineers, technicians and providers. Pass on your knowledge through playing your part in interactive workshops or helping trainees benchmark solutions in their capstone project.

As a mentor, you'll get the opportunity to:

  yourself and your organization and be active in a space where new talent is evaluating and benchmarking solutions

What does mentoring entail?

Being a UPMU mentor gives you opportunity to pass on your knowledge about various industry solutions and methods. You can mentor participants in the program in two ways:

Become an interactive session leader

As an interactive session you will work with other industry experts and engage with new industry entrants through case studies to offer your expertise and impart your advice in an interactive session.

Become a trainee contact

Participants in the program will participate in a capstone project in which they’ll connect with the supply chain and explore solutions. You may agree to be contacted by these trainees for questions or advice.
